Returns
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached. We email you a prepaid return label; a flat $9.99 for it plus a 15% restocking fee come out of the refund, because a made-to-order piece can't be restocked or resold. Original shipping isn't refunded, and personalized, custom-artwork, and final-sale pieces are excluded unless defective or incorrect. If yours arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it, free. Refund policy
